Are there talents among young people? Of course there are! However, today we are witnessing a significant gap in the field of professional architectural personnel. The experienced and talented ones are gradually leaving the scene, and the young and promising ones are not replacing them. Employers are actively attracting young people, improving methods of recruitment and adaptation of personnel, creating a creative atmosphere even in routine processes. But the gap between architectural generations continues to widen. It is difficult for young nuggets to break through, to make themselves known, to defend their right to think outside the box and offer non-trivial solutions. And interest in the profession is gradually fading. It is important to give them the opportunity to show their abilities and put their ideas into practice, to use creativity as a social elevator and to succeed.
