“The Congress brought together leading professionals from the Russian construction and architectural community. We were pleased to receive an invitation to participate in the sessions, glad to have a new opportunity to discuss topical issues with our colleagues and share our experience and knowledge with students of architectural universities.
I consider the initiative of such a large-scale event for young architects to be timely and important. The idea of holding the Congress on the basis of the educational institution is correct. I have a personal history with the MSCU building itself - my mother, Ekaterina Rybachenko, participated in its design.
I was surprised by the low turnout of students, perhaps it is a feature of the times.
“At the moment, the growth rate of the construction industry in Russia is pleasing, today we all feel the value of professionals in our field, and architectural projects have reached the world level. Today there are no barriers for young professionals to prove themselves in the creative industries.
Of course, we live in a time of change and turbulence, in such conditions it is rash to confidently assume what 2035 will be like. But we see the intentions, plans and concrete actions of the country's leadership on investments and further development of the construction sector”.
