There are more and more events at the Congress site
If you come to us, you will be able to visit another interesting industry event - Modul Expo. This is the first exhibition of modular structures and prefab technologies, which is organised by ARMS (Association for the Development of Modular Construction) together with the National Research University of Moscow State University. The Association is actively growing, including through the expansion of international relations. One of the key areas of interaction is China.
Prefabrication (prefab) is the practice of assembling components of a structure at a factory or other production site and transporting complete assemblies or sub-assemblies to the construction site where the structure is located.
The exhibition will be held on the university campus from 9 to 26 September and will be accompanied by an active business programme. There will be a plenary session, a visit to the testing laboratories of NIU MSCU, work of several thematic sections, which will cover all areas of application of modular structures in construction for MFB and housing. There will be five content platforms: ‘Power’, ‘Technology’, ‘Education’, ‘Regions’, ‘Norming’, ‘World’.
The platform will provide an opportunity to get acquainted with the novelties in the sphere of prefabrication, innovative technologies and methods of high-speed construction.
Entrance to the exhibition is free for visitors, registration is required.
By the way, prefab technologies are also relevant within the Congress business programme - especially when discussing construction innovations for suburban and rural areas, as well as those areas where the fastest and at the same time high-quality construction is required - this is the topic of our section ‘EXTREMAL EARTH’.
