Discussing the implementation of the law on creative industries, the participants in the plenary session of the Congress identified staff shortages as an acute problem. It became especially noticeable in 2023, when there is a need to create development centers in the regions, to organize committees and departments that would allow to work in this direction in a meaningful way. There is a growing demand for specialists within the market, working in the field of management and production.
Experts of the event noted that there is no shortage of specialists as such, but until recently there were no conditions for their development, packaging of their products, and a well-established mechanism for training such personnel. Until the end of 2024, the deficit will not decrease, because training in certain areas takes from two to four years. “Russia is an intellectual country, we have an amazing project force, this is our DNA, which we broadcast in the form of new trends. Today we are not catching up, but leading the echelon of ideas and opportunities, including through design”, - said Vitaly Stavitsky, emphasizing that it is important not just to create a project - it is important to ensure competent, creative and quality management of it, which is impossible without staff.
